At Flowboost, you’ll look after our key clients (depending on your experience), making sure they are happy and drive more business through outbound sales. You’ll work closely with our specialists (PPC and tracking) to ensure all clients receive top-notch results across their marketing mix.

With your consultative sales approach and eye for opportunity, you’ll own the customer relationship, stand behind both client success and Flowboost’s growth. You’ll report directly to management.

What can you expect from us?

  • 100% travel expense reimbursement, 8% holiday pay, unlimited holidays, pension contribution, equity participation opportunities, free food and drinks all day, team and activities, and Friday drinks.

  • Salary of €3,500 – €5,000 per month based on 40h.

  • A fantastic (new) workspace at our Rotterdam office, combined with trips to our second office in Valencia. You can regularly work from home, but we expect you to be in the office three days a week (especially in the first year) to collaborate closely with the team.

What will you do as a sales representative?

  • Own the client relationship from onboarding through to contract renewals, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.

  • Identify growth opportunities in each client’s marketing mix, working hand-in-hand with our SEA, Social, and Tracking Specialists to drive results.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to design custom strategies - whether it’s boosting conversions, exploring new channels, or implementing refined tracking solutions.

  • Be the voice of the client internally - ensure that project deliverables meet (or exceed) expectations and that all parties are aligned on goals, deadlines, and outcomes.

  • Track and report on sales activities by maintaining accurate records of all outreach activities, appointments and deal progress.

  • Work across Flowboost's other labels such as backlink, tagbrains and labelnone - helping to craft the best sales pitches for every client segment.

  • Book meetings and drive revenue by reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, or events - whatever it takes, to secure high-value appointments.

  • Convert warm inbound leads into booked meetings and create opportunities through content marketing together with management.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or related client-facing role.

  • Proven track record of building and retaining client relationships.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.

  • Analytical mindset - comfortable discussing metrics like CPL/ROAS and MER, and turning data into strategic recommendations (training possibilities at Flowboost).

  • Business knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset - you’re driven by results.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, ideally including Google Ads, SEO, social media ads, and/or tracking tools.
